The green sign at the exit is 105/126 West

1.3 miles from the turnoff take the second exit to the right (the first exit is Coburg Road)
Stay in the left lane and follow the signs to Downtown/ University of Oregon
Stay in the right lane coming off the ramp.
Kendall Automotive is on the right and there is a traffic light at the bottom of the ramp
Go straight, over the Ferry Street Bridge. Stay in the right lane and take the 8th Street exit. There is a yellow sign under the 8th St. sign saying exit only.
Come off the ramp, stay in the far left lane. Turn left at the second light which is Pearl.
Go 7 blocks on Pearl and turn left on 15th. The office is on the southeast corner of 15th and Pearl 1501 Pearl
Parking is 2 hours on the street and there may be spaces in the back of the building.

Going west on Route 105 over I-5. Continue west for 1.3 miles and turn right at the second exit (the first exit is Coburg Road)
1.3 miles from the turnoff take the second exit to the right (the first exit is Coburg Road)
Stay in the left lane and follow the signs to Downtown/ University of Oregon
Stay in the right lane coming off the ramp.

Going north on I-5 turn right at exit #189. The green sign says 30th Ave/South Eugene. Another sign says LCC next right.
After the exit, turn left onto 30th Avenue. Go past LCC, over the hill 3 miles to Hilyard Street. There is a raffic light and an Albertson’s on the left.
Turn right on Hilyard Street.
Go 12 blocks and turn left on 18th Avenue.
Go 4 blocks and turn right on High Street.
Go 3 blocks and turn left on 15th Avenue.
Go 1 block and Community Rehab is on the lef, 1501 Pearl
Parking is 2 hours on the street and there may be spaces in the back of the building.

Going east toward Eugene route 126 becomes west 11th. At Beltline, there is a sign that says Beltline/Santa Clara/Springfield
Stay on west 11th until it deadends into Garfield.
Turn right onto Garfield. Go 2 blocks and turn left onto 13th.
Stay on 13th until Pearl Street (about 20 blocks) and turn right on Pearl.
Go 5 blocks and Community Rehab will be on the left, 1501 Pearl.
Parking is 2 hours on the street and there may be spaces in the back of the building.
